Using the Genome Browser to Visualize Integrated Genomics Data in the Soybean and Arabidopsis Genome
Our genome browser integrates all genomic information related to this project in one genome viewer including association of 454 EST sequences to predicted and un-annotated gene models and association of Affymetrix Soybean Genome GeneChip features (e.g. probe sets, target sequences, and consensus sequences). Users can search for a soybean gene of interest or Affymetrix probe set and visualize the expression profile of each gene from the compartment-specific expression data generated in this study.
